An entry-level wine from a cult producer, featuring ripe pear and caramel aromas, citrus acidity, and herbaceous notes, delivering a straightforward yet satisfying finish.
This is more of an entry level offering from this cult producer you'll likely find only in Michelin-starred or other fine restaurants. Entry level for Léclapart is some producers' 'tête de cuvée.' This one won't disappoint. Ripe pear with a touch of caramel on the nose. On the palate, it gives you that pear, but with some citrus exposing a bit of acidity, and an herbaceousness that really brings this wine home. While there is a nice finish here, this wine is straight to the point.
Very fine, fresh, textured and mineral with fine pear and citrus fruit. So pure and linear with notes of anise and a nice savoury edge. Focused and poised.
