This Crémant from Burgundy delivers a sophisticated charm with fine, persistent bubbles and an elegant, crisp finish. The palate bursts with vibrant fresh red berries, delicate florals, and a subtle hint of toasty richness.

Bursting with vibrant pink grapefruit and red berry aromas; a complexity of brioche, hibiscus and lime zest with a creamy mousse and an elegant, saline finish.

Aromas of pomelo, a sliver of honey, fresh slices of red apple and plums develop with concentration in the nose. The palate is joyous and lifted, with a touch of savory essence from plums and black cherries. Absolutely delectable.
