Notes from critics
We attended a tasting with our friends at The Alchemists Importers, where they had a lineup of several boutique wines. This one was our absolute favorite. The elegance from nose to finish should be what you would expect from a champagne $300, $400, or $500. Bottom line, this is an extraordinary representation of Champagne. It is the epitome of craftsmanship and on the extreme end of small production. Again, only 720 bottles produced and we have 3 cases of it to share with you. You will not be disappointed.
