A refreshing sparkling wine from Willamette featuring a unique blend of tropical fruits, orange hints, nuts, and earthy undertones.
Hand harvested grapes were vinified separately in either oak or stainless steel, before aging in bottle for 3 years before degorgement and dosage of 1.5g/L, followed by another year on cork before release
This is a sparkling wine from Willamette with a strange mix of tropical fruits with hints of orange, along with nuts and earthy undertones that actually work well together. Refreshing and delicious!
The second release of the winery's Brut is again 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. It's a bright gold color and loaded with scents and flavors of orange blossoms, tropical fruits, chanterelle mushrooms and toasted nuts. The riot of flavors is balanced beautifully and sharpened by firm acidity. It was disgorged in spring 2019.
Dried pineapple, raspberries, hazelnuts and biscuits on the nose. Some mineral and earthy undertones. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity and fine bubbles.
