A biodynamically produced Pinot Noir showcasing subtle roasted spices, pomegranate, grapefruit, and a minerally finish with a light yet intense profile.
Aged 24 months in oak barrels and tonneaux
Oh there is a lot going on here. We love the dark cherries, tobacco, dried herbs, and spice here. This one really puts the noble in Vino Nobile. Fantastic with your favorite Italian fare.
Subtle roasted spices are chiselled to the pomegranate and grapefruit notes with some savory berries, sage and crushed stones. The taut and transparent center palate is followed by a long and minerally ethereal finish. Beguilingly light in form, but intense with flavors. “Pinot” finesse here. From biodynamically grown grapes.
Packed with fresh cherry, raspberry, tobacco, spice and mineral flavors, this red is sinewy and compact. Bracing acidity and dusty tannins line the long, chalky finish. Best from 2026 through 2042.
