A captivating tapestry of dark fruit, spice, and velvety tannins that will ignite your senses and leave an unforgettable impression.
Aged 19 months in new French oak
We tasted the 95-point 2020 vintage of this wine at the 2024 Wine Spectator Grand Tour in Denver, CO. It was a top 10 wine from over 200 selections, all of which were 90+. While the 2022 vintage has not yet been rated by any of the professional critics, we're as impressed as we were in Denver. This single vineyard wine is full of ripe dark fruits, just the right amount of spice, balanced acidity and tannin, and a very lush mouthfeel from first taste to long finish.
Graphite, tobacco, blackcurrants, blue plums and cedar on the nose of this polished and full-bodied red. It’s focused and firm, with dark fruit framed by tight-knit tannins. Tight for now. Better after 2027.
