Hand sorted and 100% destemmed grapes are aged on the lees separately in varying sized French oak barrels for 8 months before then being blended and then returned to barrel for an additional 9 months of aging

This is another fantastic Syrah from Santa Barbara. Loads of luscious ripe red fruits with hints of dried herbs, and touches of spice. This one will make any afternoon bbq or steak dinner better. Delicious!

The 2021 Syrah Seven contains 3% Grenache and 2% Viognier, and was matured for 17 months in used French oak. It's bursting with scents of boysenberry, red cherry, chargrill and garrigue with floral nuances. The medium-bodied palate features concentrated, perfumed fruit framed by powdery tannins and energetic acidity, and it has a long, elegant finish.
