Nicely fruity nose with ripe cherries, plums, ashes and a touch of paprika. Firm and juicy with lovely ripe fruit on the palate. Nice spices and herbs at the end.
Red wine made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, aged for 14 months in carvalho barrels. Structured and powerful, it presents ripe black fruits and compote, followed by empyreumatic, herb and spice notes, plus its refreshing acidity and its firm tannins conferring balance and certain fluidity to the wine. The final piece is short and long, with hints of cassis, pimenta preta, tobacco and earthy notes. Ideal to accompany thicker roasted red meats.
