A beautifully structured Malbec with dark fruit flavors, big tannins, and a finish that invites you to keep sipping.
Grapes from a single vineyard at over 4,000’ above sea level are fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 18 months in new French oak, then moved to bottle for another 12 months of aging
Wow! This is a fantastic Malbec. Don't bother putting the cork back in as this one's like a bag of potato chips; you cannot just have 1. Dark color is met with dark fruit, but a soft pretty nose. Big tannin, but well structured and balanced. It all combines brilliantly with a finish that leaves you wanting another sip.
Deep blue and black fruit here, with floral, spicy and balsamic accents. Brooding and complex. You have to fathom the power of tannin on the palate, as the texture is so ultra-fine and polished. But don't get me wrong, there are a lot of tannins here, only so seamless that they make it taste so effortless. Naturally concentrated, juicy and long.
This wine has an intense red-violet colour. The nose is delicate, with aromas of violet flowers, menthol, spices and black fruits. In the mouth, ripe and structured tannins, and liquorice notes. Long and persistent finish. Exceptional specimen!
