A light and elegant wine with complex layers of fruit, spice, and minerality.
After fermentation the wine was pressed off directly into French oak barrels where it underwent a natural malo-lactic fermentation. It was then aged for 10 months on its lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This one is really light and pretty in the glass, on the nose, and in the mouth, but there are layers of fruit, spice, and minerality that really make this wine a star.
A lighter, beautiful shade of red in the glass, this bottling begins with crisp pomegranate, tangerine rind and red rose aromas on the engaging nose. The palate picks up a wet-stone minerality that cuts into the red currant, white pepper and grapefruit-rind flavors.
