A rich and full-bodied Sardinian red with notes of ripe blackberries, licorice, and Mediterranean herbs
Fermented in stainless steel, aged 20 months in new French oak bargiques, followed by 12 months aging in bottle before release
Sardinia is known for 2 grapes, Vermentino and this here Cannonau. Cannonau is the same as Grenache or Garnacha. We wanted to bring you a wine representative of just how good Sardinian Cannonau can be and this one really delivers the goods. Ripe dark fruits, cocoa, dried herbs, great tannin, all lending to a great mouthfeel and an overall fantastic wine drinking experience. Delish!
A beautifully curated and polished young red with black berry, violet, and bark. Full and velvety with creamy textured tannins and a flavorful finish. Juicy. Lovely to drink now but even better in two or three years.
A rich, fragrant red, with floral hints of violet and tea rose on the nose accenting flavors of roasted plum, black cherry puree, dark chocolate and dried sage. Round and fresh, this medium- to full-bodied version has supple tannins firming the dark and juicy, graphite-laced finish. Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale and Malvasia.
