Malbec isn't the only quality wine production you'll find in Mendoza. This is a delicious Cabernet Franc with loads dark ripe fruits, dried herbs, cocoa, and baking spices that highlight the oak flavors and aromas.
This is very typical for cabernet franc with blackberries, violets and lavender. It’s medium-bodied with fine, creamy tannins and a beautiful finish. Just a hint of chocolate. Gorgeous to drink now, but will improve with age.
Coming from vines planted at 3,200 feet above sea level in Vista Flores, Uco Valley, this is a fresh and spicy Cabernet Franc. The nose exhibits a hint of paprika joined by bay leaf and cummin. The same notes repeat on the palate and are complemented by oak flavors. It has a mineral character and medium acidity. It's savory and well balanced.
