Crocker & Starr seem have a corner of sorts on making top tier Cabernet Franc. While this is the 1st of their portfolio that we carry, it will not be the last. Notes of ripe red berries, violet, and graphite lead to a focused, balanced palate with silky tannins and a beautifully long finish. Delicious!

The 2022 Red Blend of Cabernet Franc is 69% Cabernet Franc with splashes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it leaps with notes of red currant preserves, blackberries, and mulberries, followed by hints of cardamom and pencil shavings. The medium to full-bodied palate is soft and lively with mouth-coating red berry flavors and a minty lift on the finish.
