What a delicious offering from one of the best regions in the world for Merlot, Pomerol. Bright fruit, great spice, great tannin, great finish.

A medium-to full-bodied red with vibrant acidity and firm, fine tannins. Bright and polished with berries, walnuts, spices and dried flowers. Milk chocolate, too. Spicy and pretty finish.

Medium ruby. Fresh nose, spicy and stony, the aroma is reminiscent of a berry tart, with hints of yeast dough and hazelnut. The palate is precise, juicy, and fresh, with firm tannins enveloping the fruit, which is perfectly ripe and lingers on the finish. I like it almost a bit better this year than 2020. Very well done.
