This is a fantastic white wine from a Spanish grape not many have even heard of, at least in the US. Peach and apricot and a nice creamy viscosity. We had to pair this with some brie and apricot jam. Neither the wine nor the cheese had a chance!
This wine has a nose of peach, dried apricot and almond blossom. Stone fruit and floral flavors transition to the palate. Creamy mouthfeel, balanced acidity and a soft note of vanilla make for a nice finish.
This has notes of chalk, cream, apricots, grapefruit and salted almonds. Intense and delicious, with mineral, buttery and creamy elements all well integrated.
