Notes from critics
We still haven't found a wine from Hourglass that we do not like. This is a big, powerful, single vineyard Cabernet loaded with layers of baked dark fruits and spice aromas and flavors and a finish that seems to last forever.

...the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Blueline Estate reveals an opaque purple-black color, exploding from the glass with bombastic scents of crème de cassis, blackberry pie and chocolate-covered cherries, plus hints of Indian spices, menthol and licorice, with a touch of sandalwood. Full-bodied, concentrated and impressively opulent, the palate features layer upon layer of exotic spices intertwined with black and blue fruits, velvety tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long, long, long.
