Occasional Wine Note: This is a typical Bordeaux Blanc blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The highly acidic and fruity Sauvignon Blanc is balanced by the more viscous and creamy Semillon. This particular blend is heavier on the Sauvignon Blanc so the fruit and acid still come through while the Semillon not to mention some time aging in wood (40% new oak) really tempers it all, making this a very refreshing white wine with a bit more body. Lemons, peaches, and pears are prevalent here, along with some good minerality and vanilla. This is a great summer wine.

This is a lovely white, full of ripe fruits with exotic touches of mango and white peach. It's a succulent wine with traces of minerality through the finish that are extremely welcome. There's lots to enjoy here, although it may not hold its grip and nerve for as long as the 2017 will. Don't let that put you off though - if you're looking to drink in the next few years then this might be the one to go for. 42hl/ha yield. 40% new oak.

Creamy, sweet, juicy and lush with layers of ripe Meyer lemons, tropical fruits, pears and spice. It is rich, lively and offers ample lift all the way to the sweet, fruit filled finish.
