Occasional Wine Note: #65 on Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines for 2023!  We love the Bordeaux Blanc blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.  The latter softening the acidity of the former while adding a bit more body.  Lots of floral notes to compliment the green apple, ginger, and citrusy flavors and aromas.
