Assembled in the very best plots of the domaine and made only in great vintages, Trimbach's bright-colored 2017 Pinot Gris Réserve Personnelle opens with a clear, fresh and aromatic bouquet of fully ripe white fruit with hints of caramel. Mouth-filling and round on the palate, this is a complex and vivaciously mineral Pinot Gris with stimulating grip and tension on the long and powerful yet also elegant, persistently saline and lemony finish. This is a superb Pinot Gris that luckily did not ferment to fully dry but to remarkable balance. This is a great Alsace Pinot Gris to be served with lobster, poultry or white meats. Natural cork.

Evolving beautifully, showing a round, richly styled palate filled out with warm cinnamon, cardamon, peach and citrus notes. White tea tannins bring definition and form, while tangy acidity ties everything together. Offers an intriguing pine note on the well-rendered finish, which lingers.
